Key points
Self-confidence
- 自信是 doing well 的结果;理解、重视并应用 Core Assets → 更快乐、更有韧性。
- Find & nurture strengths:友善、开放、可靠;善良、grit、耐心、诚实、倔强;逻辑、社会学、审美等天赋。
- TO improve:权力/金钱心态、让在乎的人感到被在意(表达)、商业思维、具体经验(how not why)、筛选朋友。
- Compensate for weaknesses:语言。
Empathy — think "we", not "me"
- Affective:读非语言线索;问 "How did that make you feel?";家庭连接 ritual(best/hardest part of day)。
- 全神贯注倾听;找共同点("we both like…");label feeling("you sound stressed")。
- Cognitive:换位思考,理解他人感受、想法与需求。
- Behavioral:console、assist、reassure、empathize("I'm here for you")。
Self-control
- Focus on what matters:觉察身体/听觉/当下;识别情绪与成因;深呼吸;positive self-talk("I think I can")。
- Stop, Think, Act Right;self-management;healthy decision-making。
Integrity & Curiosity
- 道德指南针:知对错、在乎对错、做对的事 → 边界、抗诱惑、内心平静、对自己诚实。
- 榜样学习:warmth + reasonable demands + high responsiveness。
